Cancellation Policy
For appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge a $25 re-booking fee. For no call/no-show appointments, we charge 50% of the total of service booked. Late arrivals (15 min grace period) will be charged $15 extra.
Deposits for new clients are non-refundable and will be added to service total.
